Beginner Day | West Coast Swing

✨ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆! 𝗙𝘂𝗻, 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 & 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱

Our Beginner workshop is a 2 hour intensive designed to get you moving fast. You’ll be introduced to the foundational steps, and partner connection of West Coast Swing in a relaxed, supportive environment. No prior experience or partner required.

𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲!
This is a de-gendered dance. In West Coast Swing, the leader is responsible for initiating the movements and guiding the flow of the dance, while the follower responds to those cues and adds their own style and creativity. You can choose whichever role feels right for you - some people even learn both!

𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦: 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘫𝘰𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘶𝘱.
